1. Take Visible Action

  • Share your voice. Post a message, a video, or a story on your socials using #ElbowsLinked (and #ElbowsUp).
  • Write a song, share a moment of kindness, or uplift someone with your words.
  • Share with us – tag @ElbowsLinked or email it to elbowslinked@gmail.com and we’ll post it for you.
  • Follow/Like our Facebook page and share positive memes and messages.

 

2. Lead Where You Are

  • Leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about presence. Show up as the best version of yourself.
  • In your home, your workplace, your school, or your neighbourhood—model peace, connection, and courage.

 

3. Grow the Movement

  • Share ElbowsLinked.ca with your friends, family, colleagues.
  • Share the vision. Share the story. Share the seed.
  • Encourage others to link arms—figuratively and literally—and stand for truth, justice, peace, and unity.
  • This is a grassroots movement designed to support all of us in maintaining a positive perspective.

 

How can you be involved?

Songwriters/Composers: “What Canada Means to Me“

  • Contribute a track to the playlist – either newly written or from your catalogue. Focus can be regional or national or personal.
  • Complete the form (insert button)
  • Perform these songs as you criss-cross our nation and speak to the importance of moving from militant Elbows Up to the collaborative spirit of Elbows Linked.
  • Elbows Linked for Canada 160 reserve the right to vet all submissions to ensure the principles listed below are maintained.

 

Agents and Managers can be involved by:

  • Assisting us in creating the network of Ambassadors by encouraging the artists you represent to contribute.
  • Use marketing potential and tag @ElbowsLinked
      •  

We invite Festival Directors and Promoters to:

  • Provide a business card size add space in their programs for Canada 160
  • Include Canada 160 initiative in their emcee comments
  • Encourage their sponsors to get involved in Canada 160
  • Include a Canadian Themed side stage in 2027
